Status BVFS
- BVFS is land, property or villas agent, stand between owner of the land, property or villas and clients (buyer of the villas, land or property)
- BVFS only recommends land, property or villas for sale in Bali that have legal rights certificate of ownership. Land, property or villas must be free of any kind of problems or potential cases in the future.
- Bali BVFS only recommend reliable certified notary in specific area in Bali.
- BVFS always prepared a representative or an agent for the client or buyer to evaluate the legality of any land, property or villas, in government land office or district court.
- BVFS helps and assists customers of assignation of the land, property or villas purchase meeting with the owner of the land, property or villas.
Price of land, property or villas
- Prices listed on the website each land, property or a villa is price proposed by the owner when the villa is registered in our portfolio.
- Rates may change without prior notice; final pricing will know when the buyer-applicant submits formal written requests for notification via e-mail.
- In case there is a possibility to negotiate on price, BVFS will also advise the client immediately.
III. BVFS Responsibilities:
- Bali BVFS a responsibility to collect copies of all legal documents related to the needs of their client’s, while the original is only shown before the designated officer when the transaction is ready to do so.
- Bali BVFS responsible for talking with the owner about the request made by buyer.
- Bali BVFS responsible for organizations of the land, property and villa site inspection required by the buyer.
- Bali BVFS responsible for arranging meetings with the owner or a lawyer or notary PPAT.
- Bali BVFS responsible for recommending to buyer the best and safest method of payment.
- BVFS is ready to be the representative of the clients in term of the payment for the land, villa or property, but clients it’s in full responsible for sending the money before the due date of payment. If the clients fail to fulfill the payment, BVFS is free of any liability and not responsible in respect of all payments made.
- BVFS is not involved in the case of each payment between buyer and owner.
IV. Build trust
In the case buyer want to know detailed information about the land, property or villas or find land, property or villas that is not listed in the portfolio, the buyer must show proof to us. This can be done by showing the bank account notes where the money saved for the purchase of the villa, or the buyer will put money in our bank account BVFS.
This is very important for the development of trust and avoids wasting time for nothing.
V. Cost BVFS
Before doing business, BVFS told clients that the fees paid by clients for services performed. The cost is 1% above the value of the transaction.
